The first in a series of Healthcare IT Innovation seminars will be conducted as a webinar and has the topic "VNA Requirements and implementation experiences".
Detailed Learning Objectives
Attendees will understand the PACS VNA (Vendor Neutral Archive) architecture, how it fits into an enterprise and regional imaging strategy, to assess how a VNA solution can be used in their specific environment. They also will be able to interpret the VNA specifications, particularly the IHE integration statements to make sure it meets their hospital requirements. Lastly, they will know how to prepare for a VNA purchase using a checklist, and be ready for implementation based on lessons learned from recent installations.
